تعیین پتانسیل واکنش‌زایی سنگدانه‌های اطراف شهر تبریز و راهکارهای کاهش اثرات منفی آن‌ها بر خواص بتن

چکیده

از آنجایی که سنگدانه‌ها بین 60 تا 75 درصد از حجم بتن را تشکیل می‌دهند، تاثیر زیادی بر خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی بتن دارند. سنگدانه‌ها، نه تنها می‌توانند مقاومت بتن ساخته شده را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند بلکه خواص آنها به میزان زیادی بر دوام و رفتار سازه‌ای بتن تأثیرگذار است. در حقیقت، سنگدانه‌ها، کاملا خنثی نیستند و خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها بر عملکرد بتن، مؤثر است. یکی از مشکلات مهم سنگدانه‌های منطقه تبریز، احتمال واکنش‌زایی قلیایی سیلیسی بین سیلیس سنگدانه‌ها و قلیایی‌های موجود سیمان در آب حفره ای بتن در طول زمان است. به دلیل استفاده این سنگدانه‌ها در ساخت و سازهای مختلف به ویژه سازه‌های هیدرولیکی و اهمیت زیاد عدم بروز سیلیسی بین سنگدانه و سیمان، ارزیابی دقیق این مصالح از نظر واکنش‌زایی با قلیایی‌های سیمان از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار است.
در این پژوهش واکنش‌زایی سنگدانه‌های سه معدن مختلف ناحیه تبریز با استفاده از آزمایش‌های سنگ‌شناسی مطابق با ASTMC295 و منشور ملات تسریع شده مطابق با ASTM C1260 بررسی شد. مشخص گردید که این سنگدانه‌ها پتانسیل واکنش‌زایی قلیایی سیلیسی زیادی دارند. به طوری که استفاده از سیمان‌های پوزولانی به عنوان یک راهکار به منظور کنترل این واکنش‌ها موثر واقع نگردید.
