الگوی ارزیابی خطرپذیری شهری در بلایای طبیعی
به منظور تصمیمگیری در مدیریت شهری با هدف توسعه پایدار، اطلاع از میزان خطرپذیری شهرها یک ضرورت اجتناب ناپذیر است. به همین منظور تعریف و تعیین الگو و چارچوب مشخصی لازم است تا ضمن انطباق با واقعیتها، از فرایند مشخص و علمی خطرپذیری تبعیت نماید. روش این مطالعه مروری و تحلیلی است که مطالعات مروری از طریق اسناد و مدارک مربوط به ده چارچوب تحقیقی تحلیل و ارزیابی خطرپذیری جمعآوری و از نظر شمول مولفههای خطرپذیری توصیف و در نهایت تحلیل شده است. بررسی ده چارچوب منتخب نشان میدهد در اکثر چارچوبها مولفههای مربوط به خطرپذیری، دیدگاه چندمخاطرهای، توجه به انواع آسیبپذیریها، آموزش، تبادل اطلاعات و دانش و پایش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بر اساس بررسی ده چارچوب منتخب، الگوی ملی برای ارزیابی و تحلیل خطرپذیری بلایای طبیعی پیشنهاد گردید. مولفههای اصلی این الگو شامل شناسایی و تحلیل مخاطرات چندگانه، تحلیل آسیب پذیریهای متنوع و المانهای تحت خطر میباشد. از ویژگیهای مهم این الگو، چند مخاطرهای بودن، تطابق کامل با مولفههای خطرپذیری، چندبخشی بودن، توجه و تمرکز بر همه المانهای تحت خطر، انواع آسیبپذیریها و توجه به مخاطرات ثانویه ااست که قابلیت استفاده در همه سطوح استانی، شهری و حتی آبادیها را دارد و خروجیهای آن در مدیریت بحران و ارتقاء تابآوری شهری کاربردی میباشد.

مطالعه تطبیقی تجارب جهانی در سیاست گذاری های ساماندهی اسکان غیر رسمی
سیاست های ناکارآمد در عرصه برنامه ریزی مسکن و بازتاب های بحران اقتصاد جهانی به تدریج با شکل گیری و گسترش پدیده ای با عنوان شهری شدن فقر یا فقر شهری شده است که یکی از نتایج آن اسکان غیر رسمی است. تا به امروز، سیاست های مواجهه با سکونتگاه های غیر رسمی عمدتأ با نگاه مقابله و در جهت پیراستن آسیب های اجتماعی، ناهنجاری های کالبدی و یا اصلاح و تعدیل برخی قوانین مرتبط با مسکن بوده است. از آنجایی که مطالعات داخلی در این زمینه کمتر به بررسی راهکارهای سایر کشورها پرداخته اند؛ این پژوهش با هدف شناخت و تحلیل سیاست گذاری های ساماندهی اسکان های غیر رسمی در کشورهای مختلف و سپس ارائه سیاست های مناسب برای مواجهه با اسکانهای غیر رسمی در ایران انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت توسعه ای و از نظر روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی و راهبرد پژوهش از نوع استدلالی است. در این پژوهش از تحلیل تطبیقی متون استفاده اشده است. انتخاب کشورهای مورد مطالعه به سبب اشتراکات در نزدیکی رتبه شاخص توسعه انسانی، نوع حکومت، و تراکم جمعیتی است. پیشنهاد این پژوهش برای ساماندهی اسکان غیر رسمی ایران استفاده از سیاستگذاری های ترکیبی با توجه به عوامل کلیدی از جمله ارتقای کیفیت زندگی اجتماعی زاغه نشینان از نهاد خانواده تا نهادهای کلان، حفظ منافع و مقاصد تمام گروهها، ارتقاء شرایط محیطی به شکلی فراگیر و پایدار، بهره گیری از رویکرد مشارکتی همراه با ساختار پشتیبانی دولت و سازمان های محلی، همخوانی با توانایی های مکانی و نهادی است.

امکان سنجی کاربرد ساخت آزاد در مسکن انبوه براساس تمایلات ساکنان (مطالعه موردی مسکن مهر تلاشگران گرگان)
مسکن عمومی باید بتواند پاسخگوی تغییر نیاز ساکنان در دورههای مختلف زندگی باشد. . با کاربرد ساخت آزاد در مجموعههای مسکونی می توان فضاها را متناسب با نیازها تغییر داد و عمر ساختمان افزایش یافته و قابلیت استفاده برای مدت زمان بیشتری فراهم شود. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی امکان استفاده از ساخت آزاد در مسکن انبوه با بررسی میزان رضایت ساکنان و همچنین میزان تمایل آنها به تغییر در واحدهای مسکونی خود است. روش تحقیق توصیفی، تحلیلی است که در آن از روش کتابخانه ای برای جمع آوری اطلاعات و روش میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است.نمونه موردی پژوهش یکی از سایت های مسکن مهر شهر گرگان بوده است. نتایج به دست آمده از پرسشنامه نشان میدهد تمایل به افزایش ابعاد فضاها (آشپزخانه و بالکن)،تفکیک و ادغام برخی از فضاها (نشیمن و پذیرایی و سرویس های بهداشتی)و جابه جایی برخی از فضاها (سرویس های بهداشتی) وجود دارد. با تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده ،راهکارهایی برای طراحان پیشنهاد شده است. این راهکارها در دو بخش تغییرات ابعادی و چیدمان فضایی ارائه شده اند.همچنین راهکارهایی برای سازندگان پیشنهاد گردید که شامل استفاده از دیوارهای داخلی انعطاف پذیر و پارتیشن های متحرک در بخش های مختلف پلان می باشد و با به کارگیری آنها در طراحی و ساخت مجتمعهای مسکونی عمومی میتوان رضایت و کیفیت زندگی ساکنان را افزایش داد.

بررسی مقادیر ضریب فشار القایی باد بر وجوه ساختمانهایی با پلان مربع
مطالعه ضریب فشار باد بر روی سطوح ساختمانها از منظر سازهای و تهویه حائز اهمیت است زیرا ضریب فشار مثبت و منفی مسبب نیروی فشاری و مکشی باد پیرامون ساختمانهاست. در این پژوهش جریان باد بر روی 20 نمونه ساختمانی، شامل 5 نمونه با ضریب ارتفاع به عرض بین 5/0 تا 5/2 در 4 زاویه °0، °15، °30 و °45، با پلان مربع در مقیاس 1:100 به شیوه عددی شبیهسازی شده و ضریب فشار بر روی سطوح خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. شبیهسازی باد به کمک روش میانگینگیری از رینولدز معادلات ناویر- استوکس (RANS) در حالت پایا انجام و جریانهای آشفته توسط معادلات RNG k-ε مدلسازی شده است. بعلاوه از تاثیر لایه بندی حرارتی نزدیک به زمین بر حرکت هوا صرف نظر و جهت اعتبارسنجی، نتایج عددی با نتایجِ تجربیِ منتشر شده توسط پژوهشگران پیشین، مقایسه گردیده است. نتایج حاکی از این است که تغییر زاویهی چرخش تاثیر مستقیمی بر میزان ضریب فشار القایی باد به ساختمان دارد و همچنین میزان تغییرات آن بر روی نمای ساختمان با افزایش نسبت ارتفاع به عرض (H/D)، بیشتر میشود. تا زاویهی چرخش °15 همچنان تنها یک جبهه ساختمان (جبهه رو به باد) فشار مثبت را تجربه میکند ولی با افزایش بیشتر این زاویه هر دو وجه رو به باد، فشار مثبت را تجربه خواهند کرد.

بررسی سنگدانههای استان خراسان شمالی برای کاربرد در پروژههای راه
جنس و خصوصیات مختلف شن و ماسه در هر ناحیه متفاوت است. برای مملکت پهناوری مثل ایران جا دارد که شن و ماسه هر استان بطور جداگانه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و مشخصات فنی آن تهیه شود. در این پژوهش ابتدا کلیه اطلاعات موجود در مورد مشخصات شن و ماسه (سنگدانه) استان خراسان شمالی جمعآوری، مطالعه و بررسی شد. سپس از کارگاههای تولید این فراوردهها در استان بازدید و نمونهبرداری به عمل آمد. سپس بر روی نمونههای برداشت شده آزمایشهای توزیع اندازه دانهها و خواص فیزیکی انجام گرفت. آزمونهای انجام شده عبارتند از: دانهبندی ذرات توسط الک و تهیه منحنی دانهبندی و تعیین مدول نرمی، تعیین مقدار ذرات ریزتر از الک شماره 200، تعیین درصد ذرات پولکی (یا صفحهای)، تعیین کلوخههای رسی و ذرات سست، آزمون سلامت با محلول سولفات سدیم و مقاومت در برابر سایش و ضربه با دستگاه لس آنجلس. نتایج این آزمونها تحلیل شد و امکان استفاده از سنگدانههای تولید شده در هر یک از کارگاههای استان خراسان شمالی در کاربردهای گوناگون برای پروژههای راه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

ارزیابی اثرهای حملونقل عمومی بر تغییرات کاربری زمین شهری (مطالعه موردی منطقه هفت شهرداری تهران)
یکی از مهمترین و تأثیرگذارترین عوامل توسعه و دگرگونی شهری، سیستم حملونقل همگانی است. بر این اساس در این پژوهش، تأثیرات حملونقل عمومی و تغییرات کاربری زمین در منطقه هفت شهرداری تهران موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. ابتدا برای هر یک از متغیرهای عمده تحقیق شاخصهایی تعریفشده و به مقایسه شاخصها و میزان همبستگی آنها با استفاده از آزمون اسپیرمن در یک بازه زمانی دهساله پرداختهشده است. مقایسه این شاخصها نشاندهنده رابطه مستقیم و معکوس این دو متغیرها (حملونقل عمومی و کاربری زمین) بوده است. همچنین در ادامه از روش SWOT برای شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهدید و فرصتهای منطقه در رابطه با حملونقل عمومی آورده شده و در پایان روش QSPM نیز برای تکمیل آن ارائه و استراتژیهایی پیشنهادشده است. نتایج کلی تحقیق بیانگر تأثیرگذاری حملونقل عمومی یعنی مترو و BRT بر روی کاربری زمین در راستای تبدیل و یا تغییر کاربریها در منطقه بوده است. ایستگاههای حملونقل همگانی با جاذبهای که ایجاد میکنند، میتوانند بهعنوان تأثیرگذارترین عناصر سیستم شهری در منطقه هفت شهرداری تهران تلقی شده و تأثیرات آن در سالهای آتی چشمگیرتر نیز باشد. چنین جاذبهای و تغییراتی در منطقه هفت شهرداری تهران در طی بازه زمانی موردمطالعه روند مورد انتظار را طی کرده است. بهطورکلی میتوان بیان کرد که این روند موجبات دسترسی به حملونقل عمومی گشته و باعث ترغیب توسعه و تحولات ساختار کالبدی منطقه شده است. از اثرات توسعه حملونقل همگانی در این منطقه میتوان به کاهش سهم کاربریهای مسکونی، افزایش تراکم جمعیتی، افزایش سهم کاربری تجاری و اداری، فضای سبز، اشاره کرد.
